Mike Stubbs is the Director/CEO of FACT, the Foundation for Art and Creative Technology, a leading organization for the commissioning and presentation of film, video and new media art forms. In his role he has major responsibility for the development of culture and cultural policy in Liverpool, UK where the foundation is located.〔http://www.sevenstreets.com/blog/arts-council-england-2011-funding-cuts-and-liverpool/〕 Stubbs was jointly appointed in May 2007 by Liverpool John Moores University, where he is Professor of Art, Media and Curating.

* (Zero ) short film with text by Netotchka Nezvanova and Kevin Henderson in collaboration with Gina Czarnecki. Filmed in Zero Gravity as part of a research trip organised by The Arts Catalyst, Commissioned by PVA for SWIPE Festival.
